Pathology User Satisfaction Survey 2016
The Directorate of Pathology at Imperial is committed to providing a high-quality, diagnostic service that supports the clinical requirements of our users.
We are seeking your views to help us evaluate pathology services, improve service provision and plan our priorities.  We are encouraging everyone who uses Imperial Pathology services to complete our 2016 online pathology user survey which should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

You can complete the survey electronically via our Pathology User Satisfaction Survey page of the Pathology Website

Please choose the relevant survey whether you are a GP Pathology User, an Imperial NHS Trust Pathology User based at one of our hospitals or a Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Pathology User.

The survey will remain open until Friday 1st April, following this the results will be published on our website.

Please encourage your colleagues to complete the survey and send us their feedback too.
