NWL Pathology laboratories are committed to providing a quality, diagnostic service supporting the clinical requirements of all users.
A quality pathology service ensures the management of the laboratory relates to the needs and requirements of its users.
The Pathology User Satisfaction Survey is distributed annually to users of our service and the feedback is used to help with the continuous evaluation of our service, helping us to improve provision and plan our service priorities.
The 2019 NWL Pathology User satisfaction survey has been extended until Friday 19th April 2019.
