This is the outcome of all the hard work of so many people’ – Managing Director, Saghar Missaghian-Cully, reacts to NWLP winning TWO awards at the recent PPMA awards ceremony.
NWLP have been successful in winning two awards at the recent Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) Excellence in People Management Awards. NWLP won the Best Workforce Transformation/Change Initiative Award.
The judges commented that: ‘NWLP demonstrated clear business rationale and benefits for change to deliver transformation benefits. They set out a clear vision and case for change, and provided great evidence of outcomes, both quantitative and qualitative, with the induction model being adopted by other organisations and their systems changes leading the way in enabling lab response to the Covid 19 pandemic.’
The service then went on to win the Gold Award which is awarded to the best overall winner across all categories. The organisations that were in these categories included, MI6, British Transport Police, Matrix & Hackney Works and a number of City and County Councils.
